- Text Input: Use Standard English. Exclude all special characters and emojis for best appearance.
- Choose Characteristics: Select each option one at a time that best describes your customization.
- Preview Your Creation: Click on "Preview" to see a sneak peek of your special creation 😍.
Note: The color in your Preview might slightly differ from the physical product due to the lighting in our photoshoot or your device’s display settings.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- Order Changes: Due to the custom nature of your item once purchased we do not have the ability to modify your order. Please double check your customizations before finalizing your purchase
- Delivery Addresses: Please note that Canvas, Poster, and Metal Sign orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
- International Shipping: Orders shipped internationally may face additional days in transit, especially if they require customs processing. While we have no control over customs procedures, we apologize for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.
- Returns and other Policies: Customized gifts are not returnable. For comprehensive details on replacements, refunds, and shipping, please refer to our Policies and Shipping pages
CANCELLATION
We offer customizable products which are unique in nature and are special made products. Due to this customization, we are unable to process a cancellation once an order is placed. Each product is made to order according to your specific choices and preferences.
